Sometimes you realize that your team isn't quite all on the same side, working together or even pulling the vehicle in the same direction. The keys to a successful team is the belief in a unified goal, a common understanding of the mechanism for achieving that goal, group awareness of the role and responsibilities of each member on the team and the workethic, chemistry and passion to execute effectively. All these elements have to be built upon a foundation of trust, and if that trust is broken, so is the team.
